This week flew right by! We found Raymond. Actually he found us, and he’s been calling us at least three times a day. At least he seems very sincere! We got a call from some missionaries serving in the land northward and they told us he’s in our ward boundaries. We got him a ride to church and he loved every minute of it. He wants to meet with us this week. He may be a little crazy. Hopefully we can determine how well he understands so we can know if he can be baptized. Carmen, and Stephanie came to church as well. We are excited for both of them! Carmen couldn’t stay long, but she seemed to really enjoy the service. We have a dinner set up with her and some members Tuesday night. Pray that we can overcome her concerns and help her to set a day to be baptized. Stephanie is very excited about the gospel. We met with her this week and she set her own date! January 11th! She even wanted to set the time for 11:00. We’ll have to change that since we just found out Elder Anderson of the Quorum of the 12 is coming that day! The McDaniels are still sick and Brock is going to Florida with his dad in just a few days so we won’t see him baptized till early January, but that’s not too far away. We had an amazing time Christmas caroling with the whole Zone of missionaries Saturday night in the West Valley area. The first house we sang for had a close family member pass away just the day before. They were touched and let all of us in to have a prayer. They were all in tears. The spirit of the room was powerful as we taught them the glorious truths of the gospel. They agreed to have missionaries come and continue to console and teach them. A true Christmas miracle. I can’t wait till the 25th! I’m not sure where we will Skype from, but we will have the members call you so they can set up and test the Skype connection. Love you!!! -Elder Call
